  3. Payment Processing

    • We will send a Service Request to your email for payment.

    • Complete the payment and send us the proof of payment for verification.

  4. Always check your Visa Application Status: click here

    1. Use the Service Request # that we sent to your email for payment request.

  5. Review and Finalization

    • After payment verification, we will review and finalize your draft application form for accuracy.

  6. Fill up the Document Upload Form: click here

  7. Visa Processing

    • After your submission to the embassy, we will await the result of your visa application.

  8. Release of Visa Result

    • We will notify you once your visa result is available.

Requirements:​

Use A4 size paper as much as possible.

For any documents missing, please provide an explanation letter.

The embassy may request additional documents after submission.

C-3 (Short-Term Visa) for Business Owner

  1. Application Form

  2. One piece of Passport size colored picture

    1. Avoid the following:

      1. smiling

      2. makeup

      3. white shirt

      4. jewelry

  3. Original Passport

  4. Photocopy of Passport Bio-page (page 2)

  5. Original & Photocopy of valid visa/s and arrival stamps to OECD member countries for the past 5 years (If applicable only)

  6. Copy of PRC Card or IBP Card (If applicable, only)

  7. Photocopy of Business Registration from DTI

  8. Photocopy of Business Permit or Mayor's Permit

  9. Original Personal Bank Certificate 

    [must include account name, account number, account type, current balance, account opening date, 6 months average balance (ADB)]

    1. Must be dated 1 month at most before the submission

  10. Bank Statement

    (original or certified true copy of bank statements/passbook for the last 3 months)
