  1. General Visa Application

Requirements:​

  1. Passport valid at least three months beyond intended period of stay

  2. ID card copy

  3. 2 recent colour photos 3 cm x 4 cm, on a white background;

  4. Dully filled in visa application form;

  5. Letter of certification of employment;

  6. Booking of a two-way flight ticket to Romania;

  7. Medical insurance valid in Romania, covering one day longer beyond the intended period of stay (original and copy);

  8. Proof of financial means in the amount of EUR 50/day for the entire period, but not less than EUR 500 or the equivalent in convertible currency;

  9. Proof of accommodation, as a voucher of paid accommodation at a tourism unit.

Notes and Other Requirements:

For Employees:​

  1. Original employment certificate (must include applicant’s position, date hired, compensation, office address, HR landline numbers and e-mail address) office mobile number is not allowed as contact number of the company.

  2. Copy of PRC /IBP ID (if applicable only)

  3. Copy of company ID

For Company That Will Shoulder The Trip:​

  1. Guarantee letter from the company

  2. Original bank certificate of the company

  3. Copy of business documents and ITR of the company

For Business Owner:​

  1. Copy of business registration from DTI or SEC

  2. Copy of business permit or mayor’s permit

  3. Copy of PRC /IBP ID (if applicable only)

For Students and Minors:​

  1. Original school certification

  2. Copy of school ID

  3. Original PSA birth certificate

  4. Parent's documents (original bank certificate and bank statement or passbook for the last 3 months, original COE, copy business documents and ITR)

  5. Original PSA marriage certificate

For Retiree​

  1. Copy of senior citizen card or retirement documents

  2. Original of PSA marriage contract (If travelling with spouse)

For Foreign Nationals:​

  1. Copy of i-card​

Additional Requirements:​

  1. If invited to Romania

  • Invitation letter

  • Copy of 1st page of inviter’s passport or identification card (if personally invited by Romanian)

  • Copy of Romanian company business permit (if invited by company in Romania)

  • Additional requirements may be required upon releasing of passport.

Notes:​

  1. Personal appearance is not required (unless the Embassy request for it).
