General Requirements:

Requirements:​

A. If different Nationality is the person inviting

  1. Invitation letter addressed to the Embassy of Nigeria. The Letter must be sent to the embassy, but the applicant should also have a copy for reference. Note: Before filling, the applicant must confirm if his/her letter of invitation has been received and endorsed to the visa section. Applications without confirmed letters will not be accepted.

  2. Passport copy of the person who is inviting.

  3. Residence Permit

  4. Bank Certificate (Applicant or Invitee) amount should be stated.

  5. Medical Certificate (Fit to travel/latest or at least 1 month).

  6. Certificate of Employment (if presently employed)

  7. Three (3) pieces of 2x2 colored picture (white background)

  8. Valid passport (Please attach the old passport if there is any)

  9. Proof of Accommodation

  10. Airline Ticket (Roundtrip)

B. If Nigerian Citizen is the person inviting

  1. Invitation letter addressed to the Embassy of Nigeria. The Letter must be sent to the embassy, but the applicant should also have a copy for reference. Note: Before filling, the applicant must confirm if his/her letter of invitation has been received and endorsed to the visa section. Applications without confirmed letters will not be accepted.

  2. Passport copy of the person who is inviting.

  3. Bank Certificate (Applicant or Invitee) amount should be stated.

  4. Medical Certificate (Fit to travel/latest or at least 1 month).

  5. Certificate of Employment (if presently employed)

  6. Three (3) pieces of 2x2 colored picture (white background)

  7. Marriage Certificate (If invited by husband or wife)

  8. Parents consent (If Single)

  9. Valid passport (Please attach the old passport if there is any)

  10. Proof of Accommodation

  11. Airline Ticket (Roundtrip)

Note: For Medical Certificate, please ensure to submit standard format that includes the medical test taken from the accredited hospital/clinic. For 12 years old below, kindly include their baby book and all the record of their vaccines for submission.

Notes and Other Requirements:

For Employees:​

  1. Original employment certificate (must include applicant’s position, date hired, compensation, office address, HR landline numbers and e-mail address) office mobile number is not allowed as contact number of the company.

  2. Copy of PRC /IBP ID (if applicable only)

  3. Copy of company ID

For Company That Will Shoulder The Trip:​

  1. Guarantee letter from the company

  2. Original bank certificate of the company

  3. Copy of business documents and ITR of the company

For Business Owner:​

  1. Copy of business registration from DTI or SEC

  2. Copy of business permit or mayor’s permit

  3. Copy of PRC /IBP ID (if applicable only)

For Students and Minors:​

  1. Original school certification

  2. Copy of school ID

  3. Original PSA birth certificate

  4. Parent's documents (original bank certificate and bank statement or passbook for the last 3 months, original COE, copy business documents and ITR)

  5. Original PSA marriage certificate

For Retiree​

  1. Copy of senior citizen card or retirement documents

  2. Original of PSA marriage contract (If travelling with spouse)

For Foreign Nationals:​

  1. Copy of i-card​

Additional Requirements:​

  1. If invited to Nigeria

  • Invitation letter

  • Copy of 1st page of inviter’s passport or identification card (if personally invited by Nigeria)

  • Copy of Korean company business permit (if invited by company in Nigeria)

  • Additional requirements may be required upon releasing of passport.

Notes:​

  1. Personal appearance is not required (unless the Embassy request for it).
