Once payment has been confirmed you will be contacted by our Visa Assistant Officer to determine the visa requirements applicable to you. However the general requirements are available under visa assistance page.

  1. General Visa Application

Requirements:​

  1. A completed online application form for Bahrain

  2. A passport photo that is no older than 6 months

  3. A clear scan copy of your passport with the information pages that has your signature

  4. A recent monthly bank statement from your country

  5. A travel itinerary or reservation to and from the country in your name (not a ticket)

  6. A copy of your hotel reservation or a copy of your relative’s CPR Reader’s printout if you are staying with a relative1

Notes and Other Requirements:

For Employees:​

  1. Original employment certificate (must include applicant’s position, date hired, compensation, office address, HR landline numbers and e-mail address) office mobile number is not allowed as contact number of the company.

  2. Copy of PRC /IBP ID (if applicable only)

  3. Copy of company ID

For Company That Will Shoulder The Trip:​

  1. Guarantee letter from the company

  2. Original bank certificate of the company

  3. Copy of business documents and ITR of the company

For Business Owner:​

  1. Copy of business registration from DTI or SEC

  2. Copy of business permit or mayor’s permit

  3. Copy of PRC /IBP ID (if applicable only)

For Students and Minors:​

  1. Original school certification

  2. Copy of school ID

  3. Original PSA birth certificate

  4. Parent's documents (original bank certificate and bank statement or passbook for the last 3 months, original COE, copy business documents and ITR)

  5. Original PSA marriage certificate

For Retiree​

  1. Copy of senior citizen card or retirement documents

  2. Original of PSA marriage contract (If travelling with spouse)

For Foreign Nationals:​

  1. Copy of i-card​

Additional Requirements:​

  1. If invited to China

  • Invitation letter

  • Copy of 1st page of inviter’s passport or identification card (if personally invited by Chinese)

  • Copy of Korean company business permit (if invited by company in China)

  • Additional requirements may be required upon releasing of passport.

Notes:​

  1. Personal appearance is not required (unless the Embassy request for it).
